What is CASP?

Stowage planning is a definitely complex and difficult job involved with various factors. It needs extraordinary manpower and time if you ought to do it manually. The Stowage planning is important from the view of operation because it affects an operational efficiency, ¡°just-in-time¡± in vessel schedule & cargo delivery, sea worthiness of vessel and so on. The solution, CASP, integrated automated stowage planning has been designed and developed to optimize stowage planning to save your time and to increase stability of ship on the basis of operational concept and practice.


CASP offers total solution to manage and control stowage planning as it integrates systems with all necessary and related regulations/rules and with EDI communication.

NOTE: CASP in the manual hereafter means CASP Windows version. You could have the message ¡°Incorrect Bay plan Version.¡±, while loading a file in CASP utility program. When CASP program has been upgraded and modified, a version of a file you are going to load can be different with yours. Then go back to CASP program and load the *.asc file. If you are asked what a version of the file is, select its version and click the OK button. When you convert the file, you are able to use the utility again.
