But why is this so difficult?

Since different cultures exist onboard international vessels, it is important to develop cultural understanding in order to avoid these safety risks and improve ship operations. Also, greater knowledge of cultural issues help us properly manage conflicts at work caused by cultural differences.

This course tries to provide answers to some questions that arise in an intercultural environment. It also provides the participants with some ideas and tools to guide him in the future. Tiếng Anh nghe thì có vẻ nản nhưng từ ngữ dùng trong mấy cái chương trình như này đa số là dễ nghe và dễ hiểu mà.
